Routine
Summary
I'm a fan of routine and not thinking about thinkgs I don't have to. This is why my days are fairly regular, especially in the morning.
Overview
- morning: start of with yoga and focus on most important work before noon
- noon: take a breather with running, have lunch and read up on hacker news
- afternoon: more work, mix in nap and meditation to get through the afternoon
- evening: wind down, prepare for next day

- 6h routine things (eating, running, meditation, walking the dog)

Weekday Schedule
Morning
- 6:00 - 7:00: ent.yoga (Private), breakfast
- 7:00 - 8:00: meetings
- 8:00 - 11:00: work
Noon
- 11:00 - 12:00: run (Private)
- 12:00 - 13:00: lunch, read
Afternoon
- 13:00 - 15:00: work
- 15:00 - 15:15: nap
- 15:15 - 16:00: work
- 16:00 - 17:00: ent.meditate (Private), take break
- 17:00 - 18:00 work
Evening
- 18:00 - 20:00 dinner, wind down
- 20:00 - 20:30: wrap up any remaining work items
- 20:30 - 21:00: catch up on writing, personal items
Focuses
- Monday & Tuesday: work is mostly management and planning (preparing for one on ones, reviewing weekly goals, etc)
- Wednesday: Mix of management and tech lead (code reviews, design reviews, etc)
- Thursday: Try to get some coding in here
- Friday: Wildcard
- Saturday: Break
- Sunday: Prepare for next week, some management
